Colline Saluzzesi Wine
Colline Saluzzesi wine is produced in the hilly and sunlit vineyards of the numerous municipalities in the Province of Cuneo. The designation without cultivar specification is reserved to red wines produced in vineyards with Pelaverga, Nebbiolo, and Barbera varieties, either alone or blended for a minimum of 60%. Other red berries, and non-aromatic grapes may be used as authorised, and recommended for the Province of Cuneo up to a maximum of 40%.
"Colline Saluzzesi" followed by the specifications Pelaverga or Quagliano is reserved to wines produced with grapes of vineyards exclusively growing the corresponding vine cultivars.
The "Colline Saluzzesi" Quagliano may be produced in the sparkling type of wine.
